1844 Church Marriage of Gil Lopez Rios and Maria del Rosario Garza Garcia, Mier, Tamaulipas, Mexico

This is the 1844 Church Marriage of Gil Lopez and Maria del Rosario Garza at La Purisima Concepcion Church in Mier Tamaulipas Mexico. Gil's parents are Lorenzo Lopez and Barbara Rios. Rosario's parents are Carlos Garza and Gertudis Cuellar. Thanks to Margarite Jenkins I have the parents of Lorenzo and Barbara. I'll be writing later about them. If anyone out there is also related to Lorenzo and Barbara please let me know, I would like to meet more cousins.

1861 Church Marriage of Trinidad Pena Garza and Antonia Rodriguez Garcia, Mier, Tamaulipas, Mexico

The following is the image and transcription to the 1861 Church Marriage of my 3rd great-grandparents Trinidad Pena Garza and Antonia Rodriguez Garcia. Trinidad's parents are listed as being Trinidad Pena and Sanjuana Garza and Antonia's parents are Jesus Rodriguez and Guadalupe Garcia. If anyone happens to know who the parents of Jesus and Guadalupe are please let me know.

N. 11 D. Trinidad de la Pena Soltero, con Da. Antonia Rodriguez Doncella. 

En la Parroquia de la Villa a los tres dias del mes de Mayo de mil ochocientos sesenta y uno: Concluidas las diligencias Matrimoniales y leidos segun lo dispone el Santo Concilio dentro que lo fueron el catorce, veintiuno y veinticinco de Abril del corriente ano, y no habiendo resultado ningun impedimiento ni Cronico Civil aun pasadas veinticuatro horas despues de la ultima amonestacion expresada su mutuo consentimiento por palabras de presente que hace legitimo Matrimonio ante mi el Cura Propio D. Francisco de P Benavides, Lo contrajeron D. Trinidad Pena soltero originario de esta Villa de el rancho del Arcabuz hl. de D. Trinidad Pena y de Da. Ma. de Sjuan Garza que viven y Da. Antonia Rodriguez del mismo orijen y vecindad hija lejitima de Jesus Rodriguez que murio y de Da. Guadalupe Garcia que vive, e inmediata mente los vele y bendije al tiempo de la celebracion de la Misa, fueron testigos el verlos Casar Marcos Rios y Eulogio Canales, y pa que conste lo firme.-

1939 Civil Registry Death Record of Andres Gonzalez Salinas, Arcabuz, Tamaulipas, Mexico

The following is the Civil Registry Death record of Andres Gonzalez (2nd great grandfather). For too many years he was one of my brick walls but not anymore. He died in June 26, 1939 and his parents were Francisco Gonzalez and Maria Antonia Salinas. I already found his parents church marriage record and his baptism record. Will be posting them soon.

Acta numero catorce

En Congregacion Arcabuz, Tamaulipas siendo las nueve horas del dia veinte de julio de mil novecientos treinta y nueve, ante mi, Trinidad Segovia Juez del Registro Civil y hallandome en el despacho de la Oficina comparecio el ciudadano Pedro Marroquin, casado, agricultor, de cincuenta y cinco anos de edad, originario y vecino de este lugar, manifestando que a las cinco horas del dia veintiseis de junio anterior fallecio en su propia casa el Senor Andres Gonzalez a la edad de noventa y ocho anos y a concecuencia de fiebre y que su cadaver se sepulto en el cemeterio de este lugar. El finado era hijo legitimo de los finados Francisco Gonzalez y Maria Antonia Salinas. Fueron testigos de esta acta los senores hermenegildo Garcia y Felipe Flores, casados, agricultores y de este origen y vecindad. Que deja descendientes. Leida la presente acta al interesado y testigos estuvieron conformes y firmaron. Doy fe -. El Juez del Registro Civil. - Trinidad Segovia. Pedro Marroquin. - H. Garcia. Felipe Flores - Rubricas."
