This the 1814 baptism of my 4th great grandmother Maria Josefa Canales Isaguirre. She was the daughter of Jose Eugenio Canales Salinas and Maria Gregoria Isaguirre Gonzalez, see their marriage record.

En esta parroquial de la Villa de Mier en diez y ocho dias del med de fedo. de mil ochocientos catorce yo fr. Anto. del Alamo cura interino vicco u juez de esta villa Bautize solemnemente puse los santos oleos y sagrada chrisma a una Ynfanta espl que nacio en el Rancho de Sta. Rosa el dia trece del presente a la qual puse por nombre Ma. Josefa Hija de Eugenio Canales, y de Ma. Gregoria Ysaguirre fueron padrinos a quienes adverti el parentesco y obligacion Jose Fel. Garcia y ma Erinea Garcia y pa qe. contes lo firme.
